To reserve your spot in class we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the cost of your classes and your homestay accommodation if applicable. This is to ensure your place in class and with your local family. This deposit can be made via bank transfer, cash, or Pay Pal.
Upon arrival the remainder of the bill must be paid in cash. All classes are paid for in advance. For group classes, no refunds for missed days are given. For private classes, we require 24 hours notice of the schedule change otherwise you will be charged. If there is a dire emergency, such as severe illness or death in the family, please inform us as soon as possible and we will consider giving you credit for future classes, or in certain cases refunding you all or part of the remaining paid classes.
Our classes are tailored to our students’ needs. We are happy to change the classes in any way that you see fit. We rely on honest feedback to make our students’ classes and learning environment the best that it can possibly be.
